We are seeking a Senior Research Associate for our In Vivo Biology group, a part of our Pre-Clinical Pharmacology team, who will be responsible for mouse husbandry and performing of in vivo immunology and oncology models for the characterization, and prioritization of immuno-oncology focused protein therapeutics.


  • Contribute to the development and perform in vivo mouse tumor and immunology models
  • Oversee the ordering of mice and husbandry for the facility, meeting all guidelines set forth in the NIH “Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals”
  • Identify and integrate technologies that improve or expand the ability to assess molecules in vivo by working with teammates, collaborators, vendors, and staying abreast of the literature
  • Enter all data into laboratory notebooks and databases on a daily basis and provide weekly progress reports for management review
  • Regular participation and presentation of data at department meetings


  • BS or BA and 5+ years of relevant laboratory experience or MS with 3+ years or relevant laboratory experience, desirably in a CRO, animal facility, biotechnology or pharmaceutical company
  • Experience performing in vivo oncology models, such as syngeneic tumor models, PDX or humanized models
  • Experience with all aspects of mouse husbandry
  • Experience with pharmacokinetic analyses or animal models of autoimmunity is desirable
  • Goal oriented, organized, capable of prioritizing and working on multiple projects, and able to execute to timelines that meet company goals
  • Work well in a cross functional team environment, both independently as well as be willing to help others
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven by a desire to create the next generation of immunotherapy based cancer therapeutics and the vision to offer cancer patients efficacious and tolerable new therapies that extend and improve their lives
